A prolific songwriter and uber-talented guitarist (who was one of the youngest teachers to teach at Berklee College of Music,) Bobby Lee Rodgers has managed to bring a Jazz sensibility to Rock in an accessible and exuberant way. He started the legendary “Code Talkers” with Col. Bruce Hampton and has attracted a wide variety of fans and collaborators such as Hubert Sumlin (Howling Wolf), Vassar Clements (Bill Monroe), Jimmy Herring (Widespread panic). He’s played numerous Festivals including, Wanee, the Peach Music Festival, Sunfest, and Bonnaroo. He has shared the stage and opened for artists such a George Clinton, PFunk, Widespread Panic, Dark Star Orchestra and many more.
